He uses the “Positive Reinforcement” method which forms the young dog in about one month spent in contact with the natural game.

After the first training step, it will be possible to specialize the dog with trips to Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Crimea.

It is possible to re-train and correct the behaviour of dogs that are too independent and without connection with the hunter. After careful consideration, we can resolve problems on dogs that have been traumatised by unprofessional training.

The training of hunting dogs varies depending on the individual. Each dog is a unique specimen with a more or less mature and determined character that develops the characteristics of the breed it belongs to in a different way when in contact with the first game.

The first game is essential for building reflexes and reactions in young pupils and puppies. We prefer train puppies on wild animals because their behaviour in nature is completely different. We always let puppies to tackle the terrain and the game alone. Gradually, the young hound will be train and alongside an older and better trained hound.

TRAINING AND SALE OF HARE HUNTING DOGS

The training of hare hunting dogs is carries out in three large and fenced woodland areas partially covered with vegetation where there are only hares.

The young dog is encouraged to scour and scout the terrain always individually. This increases the tracking skills and the desire to find the hare following its scent and, as a consequence, the visual follow-up of the game that gratifies the dog.

As soon as he will deal with the hare perfectly, the hound will be dressed not to chase roe deer and unwanted animals.

BOAR DOGS TRAINING AND SALE

The training for wild boar hunting is carried out in an enclosure where there are small wild boars. These entice the young dog to follow and bark without being injured by the wild boars. When the dogs are mature, obedient and manageable by the trainer, they will take part to real hunting sessions in the reserve.
